Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

Leo Builders believes in maintaining complete transparency with our clients. Since construction and engineering services involve planning, manpower allocation, material procurement, and statutory approvals, cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the following policy.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project before signing the construction agreement without any cancellation charges unless professional services have already been rendered.

After the agreement has been signed, cancellation shall be governed by the terms of the executed contract.

2. Consultation Fees

• Site inspection fees are non-refundable once the visit has been completed.
• Architectural consultation fees are non-refundable after consultation has been provided.
• Engineering consultation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments received towards construction projects are generally adjusted against project costs.

Refund of any unused balance, if applicable, shall be determined after deducting expenses already incurred including but not limited to:

• Site visits
• Architectural planning
• Engineering services
• Labour mobilisation
• Government approval expenses
• Purchased materials
• Administrative costs

4. Materials Already Procured

Materials specially ordered or purchased for a project cannot normally be refunded unless accepted by the supplier.

5. Client Requested Changes

Cancellation of specific work items after commencement may result in additional charges if manpower or materials have already been allocated.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 15 to 30 business days through the original mode of payment whenever possible.

• Completed Construction Work
