4. Project Agreements

5. Payments

• Delayed payments may result in work suspension.

Estimated completion dates are subject to weather conditions, labour availability, material shortages, government approvals, force majeure events, design revisions, and client-requested changes.

Leo Builders shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Obtain ownership documents where applicable.
• Make payments on time.
• Provide uninterrupted site access.
• Approve drawings and design revisions promptly.
• Obtain approvals not specifically assigned to Leo Builders.

8. Variations & Additional Work

Any modifications requested after commencement of work may result in revised costs and completion timelines. Variation orders shall be documented before execution whenever reasonably practicable.

9. Materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Leo Builders reserves the right to source materials from reputable manufacturers that meet the agreed specifications or equivalent standards where necessary.

10. Warranty

Any workmanship warranty will be governed solely by the signed construction agreement. Natural wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, structural alterations by others, acts of nature, and third-party work are excluded.
